Eric was born in Los Angeles, California to Sharon and David Balfour and he has a younger sister named Tori.
Eric is an actor, getting his start in Kids Incorporated, and doing TV and movies over the last 2 decades, that journey landing him in a small town in Maine called Haven.
But with all that, Eric never stops moving, he’s also a singer, a dj, a writer, and a director. His fans adore him, why? Because, he’s passionate. Passionate about his work, and about his world. He promotes causes trying to make the world a better place. Causes like Falling Whistles, Free The Slaves, and Surfrider, just to name a few. He once said in a interview that as an actor he could use his face to sell alcohol and underwear, or he could use it to try and make the world a better place. That’s why we love him.

Eric Balfour is an awesome actor and singer! His Sy-Fy series Haven starts filming season 2 in April.

Eric is what we in the Yard like to call Beautimazing. He’s gorgeous to look at ..obvy, but he’s also beautiful soul and an amazing actor. He’s swoon worthy for sure and certain.

Fell in “love” with Eric as Duke in “Haven”. He makes Duke charming and likeable. But from following him on Twitter I’ve seen the real person who cares both people and the environment and is passionate about it.
